We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $59.
Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

We also ship internationally. Please note that orders crossing borders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a clickable tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

In case you’re not completely in love with your Dodjivi products, you can request a refund within 30 days of your invoice date. Simply send us an email at info@dodjivi.com providing the reason for the return. Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the item(s).

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable and at the customer’s expense.

Like our products, subscriptions should fit your life, not the other way around.

Our subscription program is fully flexible. You can pause or skip deliveries, switch products, change your delivery frequency, or adjust quantities anytime. You can also cancel your subscription after your second order has been processed.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the schedule you choose, and your saved payment method will be securely charged for each shipment.

If you purchased Dodjivi products from another retailer and need to make a return, please contact the original place of purchase first.
