Ingredients
- 250 ml Boiling water
- 2 tablespoons Instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons White sugar
- 1 cup Milk
Directions
Step 1
Whisk boiling water, instant coffee, and sugar together until coffee is dissolved. Continue whisking until the mixture becomes thick and forms a peak (about 2 to 3 minutes).
Step 2
Pour milk into a glass. Pour the frothy coffee mixture on top of the milk.
Step 3
Sip.

Use instant coffee, water, and sugar in a 1:1:1 ratio. Use the milk of your choice.
